I grew up in and around a family-owned, flooring and acoustical ceiling business. I attended Appalachian State and joined the family business in 1983. 

In the early 90's, I began a career as a custom home builder. After years of hard work, I eventually became an accomplished builder. My team won many awards through the NC Home Builders Association, including major wins in the HOMEARAMA Home Builders Competition.

I eventually retired from home building and circled back to commercial flooring and acoustical ceilings bringing a real sense of customer service, quality work, aggressive job scheduling, etc. 

I am blessed with a wonderful wife, two daughters, sons-in-law, and two grandsons. 

My desire is to serve our Lord in all aspects of my life. Integrity and honesty are paramount.
